Maoomba.com wants gift givers and recipients to be entirely satisfied with the gift experience we strive to provide. PLEASE INSPECT ORDERS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If you are not happy, we welcome a return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:

Gift Recipients: Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange only. No refunds can be issued to gift recipients.

Gift Givers: Only gift givers are eligible for refunds. Gift givers may also choose to receive store credit or exchange gift items.

Special note regarding clothing returns: At this time, many of the clothing items included in our gift sets are intended for children younger than 6 months of age; therefore Maoomba.com is unable to exchange clothing items that do not fit correctly unless a larger size of that item is available on our site. If a larger clothing item is not available, Maoomba.com will issue store credit instead.

THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. CALL TO AUTHORIZE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE
To authorize a return/exchange, first call our customer service line at 1-888-218-0347 or email info@maoomba.com.

2. SEND US YOUR RETURN
For your protection and ease of processing your return, we recommend the following:

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's own expense.

3. GET STORE CREDIT, A REPLACEMENT GIFT, OR A REFUND
Gift Recipients: Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange only. Store credit will be issued for the value of the gift set only (a $4.00 gift-wrapping fee will be deducted from the price of gift sets that include gift wrapping.) If the item requested in place of the original gift is of a lesser value than the gift received, store credit, minus gift wrapping charges, shipping or discounts applied at the time of purchase, will be issued to the customer.

Gift Givers: Only gift givers are eligible for refunds, credited to the original method of payment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We want our beautiful gifts to arrive to recipients on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes products are defective or damaged. When this happens, we will do our best to correct the situation as soon as possible and at no expense to you.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense unless pre-approved by Maoomba.com in advance and documented in our order system.
