Maoomba.com withholds sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location within the State of Utah. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of Salt Lake County in the State of Utah, or 6.80%.
order cancellation
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@maoomba.com or call customer service at 1-888-218-0347 as soon as possible. Unless your item has shipped, we should be able to cancel your order without penalty. If it has shipped, please see our return policy for further information.
store credit
Store credit is valid for any time after date of issue. This credit is not forfeited after a certain length of time.
